Job Description:
To over-see the daily operations of assigned Molding machine(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure plant safety and 5S standards are met.
Direct the work of molding operators, both full time and temporary.
Train and support Molding team members and provide performance feedback.
Monitor and report time, attendance, and overall performance of operators working in molding department and report to Molding Supervisor and/or Manager.
Communication of production needs to operators working in molding department.
