The Role :
This is a lead engineering position responsible for developing and building methodology for DFT (Design for Test) on AMD’s Instinct Accelerator solutions. This position includes test planning, pattern conversion, characterization/debug and data analysis. In this role you will be interacting with Design and Platform Engineering and allows for test enhancement feedback for future designs.
