Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
CIT Rail is looking for motivated future leaders beginning their careers to join CIT Rail’s internship program. CIT Rail, a leading provider of leasing and financial services to the rail industry, is now a division of First Citizens Bank.
Our interns will apply classroom knowledge in a corporate environment while making a positive impact across the organization and the communities we serve. The program is designed to develop high potential associates into future leaders by providing them with learning, development and foundational knowledge about our business and industry. CIT Rail provides leasing and equipment financing solutions to rail carriers and shippers in a wide range of industries.
