Employer job description
From Gathering Littles's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This is a foundational role for someone who is passionate about technology, loves solving complex puzzles, and wants to learn the craft of product management from the ground up.
You will act as the "glue" between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. You won’t just be managing tickets; you will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining features, and helping to execute the product roadmap. If you are a proactive self-starter with a bias for action, this is the perfect opportunity to grow into a world-class PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Execution: Work closely with Senior PMs and Engineering to break down high-level features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Research & Discovery: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Monitor product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) to measure the success of launched features and inform future iterations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design to create wireframes and with Marketing/Sales to ensure smooth go-to-market launches.
