The client designs and manufactures lighting products and solutions, serving customers through independent representatives and channel partners. The company is focused on growth, product innovation, and delivering strong customer service across its market segments.
Work Environment: Hybrid, office and remote based, with frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
Travel: Up to 35% within assigned region
Job Summary
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and execution of all sales, customer service and marketing activities across the company’s market segments. This includes oversight of the independent representative network, development of new business opportunities, management of major accounts, pricing strategies and worksheets, and direction of sales operations to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
This role includes full oversight of marketing, including branding, product marketing, digital presence, messaging, campaign development, trade show strategy, and market analytics. The Director will lead Marketing staff and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to drive integrated commercial strategies.
