About the Role
As our People Analytics & AI Optimization Expert (m/f/d), you will be the architect of our global People Analytics capability, building it from the ground up. Your mission is to transform how we use data to make workforce decisions while pioneering the use of AI and automation to create a world-class employee experience. This is a foundational role where you will set the standards for our entire organization.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for our global HRIS transformation, ensuring that data and analytics are at the core of our new technology landscape. By partnering with leaders across the business, you will move our analytics beyond reporting and toward predictive insights that solve real-world challenges, directly contributing to our operational success and strategic growth.
What You’ll Build
Build our global People Analytics framework from the ground up, setting the standard for data, KPIs, and dashboards.
Deliver actionable insights on everything from talent acquisition and retention to organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
