LAYIQ - Financial Sales Consultant at Vanguard

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, sales, relationship management, wealth management, banking, or consulting.
Experience managing a book of business, working in a highly regulated environment, supporting retention, and identifying growth opportunities is also preferred.
Demonstrated success managing client relationships, client portfolios, or a sales pipeline.
Strong consultative sales, discovery, communication, relationship management, organization, and time management skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of investment products, wealth management, retirement solutions, and financial services is preferred.
Licensing Requirements
Active SIE and Series 7 required at time of hire
Active Series 63/65 or 66 required, which may be completed after hire
Compliance will confirm which qualifications apply based on role responsibilities.
