Join a Growing Industry Leader
Bane Machinery, Inc. is a growing equipment and machinery company with four locations across Texas. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional with broad experience in Human Resources, Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting to lead our Human Resources and Accounts Receivable functions.
This newly created position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will oversee the HR function across four locations while managing an Accounts Receivable team member.
For the right candidate with broad accounting, financial and business experience, there is an opportunity to be considered for the CFO position within one to two years as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable balancing employee needs with the financial interests of the company. This person must be willing to have firm but professional collection conversations, make sound credit decisions, and ensure the company protects its financial interests through proper lien administration and timely follow-up.
