We have a new opening for a Registered Nurse - Outpatient at the Naval Health Clinic in Lemoore, CA.
Core Registered Nurse Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following; Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost
Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the facility.
Lead and direct the entire team in quality patient care.
Ensure adequate staffing and supplies for clinic functions.
Manage appointment schedules, lead team huddles, lead the management of telephone and electronic messages.
