Your Responsibilities
Be a key player on the development of enterprise-grade financial applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards.
Assist on building robust, modular software components that support ERP and EPM integrations, billing and accounting workflows.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
Implement security protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations and corporate standards.
Drive seamless integration between ERP systems and financial applications to support billing cycles and reporting.
Apply coding standards and collaborate on best practices within the team.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related STEM field, from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Understanding knowledge of the software development lifecycle: design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release, and operational support.
Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, encryption best practices.
SQL: Query creation, query tunning, creation of tables, views and indexes.
Preferred
At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a full stack software developer
Generative AI knowledge
Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
AI Powered tools like Claude, ChatGPT
Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design
AWS, Java or Python certification
Demonstrates key competencies to include action orientation, drive results and cultivating innovation by making use of AI as a regular part of the development lifecycle.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Software Engineering . You will have 6 peer teammate s and collaborate with cross functional teams on a regular basis.
