Leadership opportunity supporting the launch and operations of a new outpatient surgical location in Springfield, MO.
Ability and willingness to travel to the St. Louis market during the first 3-6 months to support onboarding, training, and operational integration.
Standard
Monday-Friday schedule offering a consistent leadership presence for the team.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required, with demonstrated success in team development, operational oversight, and patient care excellence.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Strong
Operating Room (OR) experience required, including knowledge of perioperative workflows, patient safety standards, and surgical services operations.
