LAYIQ - PM, Diversified Strategies, EM Credit at Wellington Management

The ideal candidate is likely to have: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant investment experience in Emerging Markets fixed income, with experience managing meaningful assets and an attributable investment track record; Demonstrated ability to scale risk across market environments; A strong investment philosophy and repeatable process for idea generation, decision-making, portfolio construction and risk management; Deep expertise within Emerging Markets fixed income, which may include sovereign, corporate, local markets, rates, currencies or related credit strategies; A fiduciary mindset and relentless focus on client outcomes, with the highest levels of personal and professional integrity and ethics; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive work ethic; Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team; A self-reflective mindset and commitment to continuous improvement in both skills and decision-making; Strong academic credentials, ideally including a postgraduate or professional qualification.
