Job Title
Technical Trainer
This position is responsible for the growth and development of our operations team. In partnership with the plant leadership and global learning, this position will develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs in support of our manufacturing capabilities that drive growth for CoorsTek. The Technical Trainer will use their skills and subject matter expertise to deliver hands-on training to serve a diverse population of both new hires and existing employees.
