LAYIQ - Senior Principal Talent Sourcer at Rosendin Electric

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition sourcing, with at least 5 years focused on strategic sourcing for highly specialized or leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience sourcing within the construction, engineering, or skilled trades industries for a large enterprise.
Proven track record of success in identifying, engaging, and influencing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter) are preferred.
Travel: Up to 10% may be required for industry events, conferences, or internal meetings.
Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Regularly uses office equipment such as computers, phones, and various communication tools.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
May require occasional travel to Rosendin offices or job sites, which may involve exposure to various outdoor weather conditions and construction environments.
