The Program
This role is part of the Research and Development Engineering Development Program, designed to cultivate engineering and leadership skills across key areas of Stryker’s innovation ecosystem. Engineers in this program will participate in on-site functional rotations within R&D, gaining hands-on experience in critical aspects of medical device development.
The program spans 20 months, beginning each September, and includes comprehensive training in both technical and professional competencies. Participants will also benefit from exposure to Senior Leadership and networking opportunities across Stryker’s global business units.
