Kelso Building Services is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator to support our growing preconstruction and project development efforts. This position is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, preparing accurate cost projections, and helping our team secure profitable commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction costs, and project planning.
This role works closely with operations, project management, vendors, and customers to develop competitive proposals and support successful project execution.
About the Role
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you will review project documents, analyze scope requirements, and prepare pricing for a variety of HVAC construction, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects. You will play an important role in identifying project risks, evaluating solution options, and helping position projects for long-term success.
