Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
The Compensation Analyst supports the development and administration of competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation programs through market research, salary survey management, market pricing, data analysis, and workforce insights. Serves as a key analytical resource within the Compensation Center of Expertise by translating compensation and workforce data into clear findings and actionable recommendations that support compensation strategy and organizational decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working with data analysis, compensation, human resources, finance, or a related analytical discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable analytical tools, including the ability to organize and analyze large datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
Able to handle confidential information and maintain a high standard of data quality and stewardship.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate analytical findings for non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across the organization.
