LAYIQ - Senior Manager, Creative Operations at Whoop, Boston, MA

8+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project or program management, agency operations, or a related operational discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex creative or marketing initiatives with significant budgets while balancing scope, resources, timelines, and financial considerations.
Strong understanding of creative development workflows, resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization within creative, brand, marketing, or integrated campaign organizations.
Experience designing and implementing operational processes, systems, and tools that improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across teams.
Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
Experience managing and developing individual contributors while maintaining hands-on ownership of complex programs and initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, navigate tradeoffs, and translate operational insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
