LAYIQ - Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration at Talkiatry

Builder-operator mindset.
4-6+ years in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation. You like running the nuts and bolts of a business, you're as comfortable deep in a workflow as you are zoomed out on the system, and you create structure where there isn't any.
Workflow and operating model expertise.
You can map a patient and team journey, define ownership and decision points, reduce unnecessary handoffs, and design workflows that remain clear as volume and complexity increase. You can write standard operating procedures and job aids that teams can use in daily work. You explain complex processes simply, support adoption, and update the model as the team learns from real cases.
Analytical program manager.
You're fluent with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets. You define success measures before launch, monitor leading and lagging indicators, and use the results to decide whether a program needs to stop, change, or scale.
Cross-functional clinical partner.
You work effectively with clinical leaders, operations teams, technical partners, and external organizations. You turn different perspectives into clear workflows, decisions, and accountable owners while respecting clinical judgment and operational constraints.
Preferred but not required: Moderate SQL experience
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment
Experience in a fast paced high growth company that has demonstrated scale.
