Civil Engineer – Designer – EIT III

Bring independent technical judgment to complex, multi-system civil designs. As a Civil Designer III, you'll apply independent judgment to prepare design calculations and engineering analyses across the full range of civil systems, take on a moderate level of direct client contact, and begin mentoring toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. This is a role for EIT/EIs ready to own technically demanding assignments with less day-to-day oversight.

What You'll Do:: Use independent judgment to prepare design calculations and engineering analyses on an assignment basis, including drainage/hydrology, storm pipe sizing, detention pond design, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, sewer pumping systems, sediment control, and pavement design

Independently prepare portions of construction plans, specifications, reports, studies, supporting documentation, cost estimates, and permit applications utilizing company and industry-accepted standards
