Position Summary...
The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of technology programs with medium to high complexity. This position requires expertise in risk assessment, resource estimation, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery aligned with strategic objectives. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence decisions and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

What you'll do...
Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
Develop and implement financial management plans, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and emerging technology trends.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for managing projects of small to medium complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
Ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and take corrective actions to maintain program health.
Excellent business communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments.
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
Understanding of technology strategies and their alignment with business objectives.
Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
