Stanford Transportation manages Stanford’s award-winning Transportation Demand Management program, which includes Stanford’s free Marguerite shuttle program, transit and car-free options, bicycle program, and parking operations.
We have a job opportunity for a Sustainable Mobility Program Manager at the main campus. What you will do in this role:

Recommend improvements to existing TDM programs and customer service and recommend potential program expansions to achieve Stanford Transportation’s mission, vision, and values as well as the University’s regulatory requirements across Stanford lands.
Identify opportunities for new TDM pilot programs that could further Stanford Transportation’s mission, vision and values as well as regulatory requirements and suggest potential program design, policy structure, implementation methodology, and evaluation metrics.
Collaborate closely with Stanford Transportation’s internal Communications, Customer Service, and Data teams and others to ensure a high level of confidence in Stanford Transportation’s online presence and printed materials. Contribute to the development of outreach and marketing strategies that may include relationship development, communications, and compliance.

This position reports to the Director of Sustainable Transportation Planning & Mobility and is an involved member of the Stanford Transportation Operations management team.
Customer Service & Events Management
Ensure the highest levels of TDM program customer service, including inquiries, problem resolution, and sustainable commute planning services. Analyze TDM program participation and customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements. Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries.
