The Space Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring an increase in the effectiveness of facility and space utilization and space management. The individual reports to the Associate Director for Facilities Design and Construction. He/she ensures a coordination and collaboration between the Facilities Design and Construction division of Corporate Facilities and all other departments within YNHHS to effectively and efficiently identify and allocate space, maintain current floor plans and data on facilities, vet requests for
space, and make space allocation recommendations to senior management following pre-established standards.
