LAYIQ - Production Technician at Anduril, Mchenry, MS

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated safety-first mindset — you stop the line when something doesn't look right
Ability to follow detailed written and visual work instructions with precision and consistency
Moderate to high mechanical aptitude: comfortable working with hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and small components
Strong attention to detail and quality — you catch your own mistakes before they move downstream
Team-oriented attitude with clear, direct communication skills
Coachable and self-aware — you seek feedback, absorb it, and apply it
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in environments with energetic materials after completing required training and certification
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF Explosives "Employee Possessor" license
Preferred
Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other precision manufacturing environments
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent aerospace quality management systems
Experience working with adhesives, sealants, epoxies, or potting compounds
Military service or experience in an environment with strict procedural discipline
Experience with calibrated measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, etc.)
Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement experience
