Make an Impact as a SOC/Admissions Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team.
You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for
- adult and geriatric patients throughout southern Rhode Island. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred.
- You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
