Overview
TISTA is seeking a Training Assistant to support the Project Coordinator in developing, updating, implementing, and delivering training programs for the abstraction and validation teams. In this role, you will research medical record documentation, address questions from abstractors and validation specialists, contribute to training plans and materials, monitor progress of participants in training, and provide clear, effective instruction aligned with customer requirements and organizational guidelines.
