LAYIQ - Warehouse Supervisor at Polaris Inc.

Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale automated distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations with budget responsibility.
Demonstrated experience leading employees, managing performance, and supporting employee development.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes and implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
Experience managing workplace safety programs and applying OSHA standards within an operational environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences across multiple organizational levels.
Knowledge of distribution center operations, including logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and facilities support.
Strong organizational, supervisory, and quality-management capabilities.
Experience with AS400, RF/bar-coding technology, and material handling or sortation systems preferred.
Ability to work in a distribution and office environment and lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
