Position Overview:
As the SIOP & Sourcing Manager at Teton Outfitters, you will lead the demand planning, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), global sourcing, and quality functions that support a diverse portfolio of hard goods and soft goods manufactured across international markets. In this highly visible role, you will align customer demand, inventory investments, sourcing strategies, and supply capabilities to ensure exceptional product availability and supplier performance.
You will lead a team of on-site, remote, and international employees and contractors while partnering closely with Product, Development, Finance, Logistics, Distribution, and Sales to deliver results across the business.
