LAYIQ - Materials Supervisor 3rd Shift at Polaris Inc.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale automated distribution, manufacturing, or operations environments with budget responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements using metrics.
Experience managing safety programs and working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance practices.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive performance, manage change, and sustain results through a team.
Strong organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Working knowledge of distribution operations, including logistics, fulfillment, and facility processes.
Experience with RF/barcoding systems, sortation, or material handling technologies preferred.
Ability to perform work in a distribution and office environment, including lifting up to 40 pounds and operating equipment with required training.
