LAYIQ - Clinical Instructor - Shelter Medicine at University of Wisconsin-Madison

Required Qualifications:

DVM who is eligible to become licensed in the state of Wisconsin by start date.
Demonstrated independent, confident clinical skills in small animal medicine and surgery
Demonstrated experience with instruction, mentoring, and providing feedback and creating a positive community for learning
Demonstrated experience working in or with animal shelters

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in practical and tactful identification and articulation of strengths, problems, and possible solutions at both an organizational and individual instructional level.
Education: Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent degree by the start date, with specialized training or experience in Shelter Medicine and/or Community Engaged Care.
