LAYIQ - Breast/Gynecologic Pathologist at University of Wisconsin-Madison

Required Qualifications:

WI Medical license by the start date of the position.

Board-certified or board eligible in anatomic pathology (AP) or combination of anatomic pathology and clinical pathology (AP/CP) by the start date of the position.

Completion of a US Anatomic Pathology (AP) or AP/CP residency and fellowship in breast or gynecologic pathology by the start date of the position.

Must be eligible for enrollment as a billing provider and for all necessary hospital privileges, by the start date of the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on the CHS track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CHS track.
Education: MD or DO, or equivalent required
