Job Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions
Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Perform focused musculoskeletal and neurological assessments
Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and other clinical findings
Support non-operative orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and spine care
Manage acute and chronic pain conditions within the established treatment model
Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, procedures, and follow-up care
Coordinate referrals, testing, procedures, and continuity of care as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in the United States
Current or eligible for Arizona NP or PA licensure
Current NP or PA certification, as applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide professional, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
Preferred Background
2–3 years of relevant APP experience preferred, but not required
Orthopedics, Neurology, Pain Management, Spine, or PM&R experience is a plus
Urgent Care, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or other relevant clinical backgrounds will also be considered
Experience evaluating musculoskeletal or neurological complaints is beneficial
New graduate NPs and PAs with a strong interest in specialty medicine are encouraged to apply
