We are seeking a geriatrician who is passionate about caring for older adults with memory and cognitive disorders and who is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in an innovative, multidisciplinary program designed to support patients and families throughout their cognitive health journey.
As the clinical cornerstone of the Center for Brain Health, the Geriatric Medicine Physician serves as the continuity provider for patients with cognitive impairment, dementia, and complex age-related conditions. You will lead longitudinal care, medication optimization and deprescribing efforts, advance care planning, and management of chronic comorbidities while partnering closely with a highly specialized team that includes behavioral neurologists, geriatric psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, palliative care specialists,
