Partnering closely with senior executives, this leader aligns technology investments with talent, partnership, and strategic business objectives. The role has significant influence over how the company manages its workforce, external relationships, and strategic initiatives through technology. Additionally, the individual serves as the primary technology advisor and executive spokesperson for these functions.
