We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Scientist to join the RGM R&D Chemistry team with a focus on oligomer and oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of solid-phase synthesis workflows, contribute to the preparation of modified RNA-related materials, and generate high-quality analytical data to guide platform research and development.
