Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a Part-Time Product Owner / User Experience (UX) Specialist to join our Business Systems team. This individual will serve as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle, helping transform business needs into intuitive, scalable technology solutions. Working closely with business leaders, project managers, system developers, and end users.
This role will ensure our internal systems, operational platforms, automation tools, and reporting solutions, are designed with the user experience at the center. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems, simplifying complex workflows, and turning feedback into meaningful product improvements. This position will report to the General Manager, Business Systems & Data at Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.
Product Ownership
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
