From Rox Data Corp's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
At
Rox
, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.
Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.
We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.
Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.
Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.
We’re backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), GV, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
Core Principles
Craft beautiful experiences.
No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.
Commit unreasonably.
In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.
Get it done.
Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.
Coding agents changed how software gets built. Revenue work is next. Every large company is now deciding which agents will run its pipeline, its deals and its accounts, and the company those agents run on will be decided in the next few quarters, mostly by who executes fastest.
Rox is built for that moment. Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction and sovereign AI run on Rox, alongside AI winners like Ramp and Cognition. IDC named Rox a Major Player in its 2026 MarketScape for revenue orchestration, and Gartner named us a Cool Vendor in AI for B2B Sales Productivity. Seven months ago we were just under 60 people. Today we are closing in on 130. At that pace, more of the company runs through our CEO every week: customers, hiring, investors, and the calls that set direction.
So we're building an Office of the CEO, and this is its first seat. As BizOps, Founder's Office, you report directly to our CEO, and your job is to make their time, attention and decisions go further. You see what the CEO sees: the leadership meeting, board and investor prep, the top customer deals, the candidates the CEO is closing. You decide what needs the CEO and what doesn't, you run the operating cadence the company plans and executes on, and you take the hardest cross functional problems off the CEO's desk and finish them.
The seat starts with the CEO and can grow to support other executives as the team around them grows.
This is not an executive assistant role, and it is not a strategy deck role. It is an operator seat, measured on one thing: whether Rox moves faster because you're in it. If you've built the operating layer next to a founder at a company scaling like ours and want to do it again with more ownership, we'd love to talk.
Your First 90 Days
Rebuild the CEO's week. Map where their time actually goes across customers, hiring, investors and product, reset the calendar around the work only the CEO can do, and keep it there
Stand up the weekly operating cadence: the leadership meeting agenda, company commits tracked against actuals, every decision written down with an owner, and follow ups sent within 24 hours
Competitive pay with considerable equity upside (base salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 USD)
Health Insurance
How We Hire
At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this seat, more than any other, to set that bar.
Apply
To apply, please fill out the application form. If you can, include a few lines on one thing you built from scratch next to a founder or executive, and what changed because of it. We're looking forward to connecting with you!
