Collaborates with the Director of Supply Chain Human Resources as part of a team overseeing all HR functions within Fresh facilities. This role provides expertise in recruiting, talent assessment, retention, and training, while leading full life-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt roles and guiding HR Business Partners in executing human capital strategies and metrics.
The HR Senior Manager partners with Director Supply Chain Human Resources as part of a broader team responsible for all aspects of human resources in the Fresh facilities. Provides professional consultation in areas related to recruiting, talent assessment, retention initiatives, and training. Assists the Director Supply Chain Human Resources in the management of human capital strategy and metrics.
This role will lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for hourly and exempt roles, including creating and executing sourcing strategies and leading the team of HR Business Partners towards execution of human capital metrics.
