Executes DG design and branding programs, manages creative production logistics, and partners cross?functionally to develop impactful branded communications.
Manages the execution of Dollar General design/branding programs which encompasses all corporate communications messages and initiatives including, but not limited to: Field Leadership events and app design, Golf Classic, Development and Training programs, Recruiting Advertisement, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, DGme content and image editing.
Key responsibilities include developing production schedules, overall design work and working cross?functionally to develop branded programs (including HR, Merchandising, Operations, IT, Finance, Corporate Events and Community Initiatives), ensuring compliance with Dollar General brand standards and managing design tools.
Job Responsibility
- Conceptualize and design artwork for employee communications and external media, including multimedia, digital display systems, DGme, organization?wide rollout materials, branding, media ads, e?newsletters, and photography. (50%)
