Role Summary
The Manager, Learning & Development, Learning Experience Designer (LXD) serves as a strategic designer and creator of engaging, data-driven learning experiences that elevate performance across Walmart Connect. This role combines strategic learning architecture with hands-on content development to create meaningful, measurable learning that builds capabilities and drives business results.
Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, the LXD will design holistic learner journeys across formats, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (vILT), eLearning, microlearning, and social learning, while also producing visually compelling, emotionally resonant learning assets. This individual will partner with stakeholders to analyze skill gaps, architect solutions, and deliver learning experiences that connect learning outcomes to business impact.
