Responsibilities Join our compassionate Canyon Ridge Hospital team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time (25 Hours) Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, ensuring that patient rights are protected and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Advocate for patient rights and concerns. Manage and resolve patient complaints and grievances.
Communicate with patients, families, and staff. Investigate concerns and facilitate resolutions. Maintain accurate documentation and grievance records. Ensure compliance with patient rights and regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical and support departments. Identify trends and recommend service improvements. Educate patients and families on advocacy resources. Support a positive patient experience throughout hospitalization.
