Position Summary: The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with the daily operations, team development, and commercial success of the studio. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining brand standards, supporting both the Studio Lead and Instructor teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
The Assistant Manager leads by example, builds strong relationships within the local community, and helps create a positive, high-performing studio culture. This role is designed as a development opportunity for future General Managers.
