You’ll

Be Up To As an Engineering Manager, you’ll drive people leadership, delivery, strategy, technical excellence, and operational health across your teams. Your core responsibilities:

Build, mentor, and retain a healthy, high-performing engineering team.

Own predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and Staff+ engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy.

Ensure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture.
