Account Executive, New Business (Hunter)

About LivTech

LivTech is transforming how care is delivered to aging adults. We're a high-growth company in the middle of an exciting transformation process — expanding our products, sharpening our focus, and scaling the teams that make it happen. We build the software and solutions that power home health, hospice, and senior living organizations, helping them deliver better, more connected care to the patients, residents, and families who depend on them — work that matters, for the people who need it most.

We hire people who bring our values to life every day: Assuming Positive Intent, Operating with Intensity & Urgency, Being Transparent, and Using Your Power to Make a Difference. If you want to do meaningful work, move fast, and grow alongside a company that's actively reshaping its industry, you'll feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

LivTech is looking for a driven Account Executive to help accelerate growth across our healthcare software portfolio. This is a true hunter role — you'll generate your own pipeline, build net-new relationships, and own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed agreement, partnering closely with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success along the way.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute territory and account plans, prospecting into net-new accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery that uncovers real business challenges and aligns them to LivTech's solutions, backed by compelling demos and ROI-driven business cases.
• Own your pipeline and forecast with disciplined CRM hygiene and weekly accuracy.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations and drive urgency to get deals to signature.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated hunter track record and consistent quota attainment.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling healthcare technology or SaaS solutions into provider organizations — senior living, post-acute care, physician practices, home health, or hospice — is a plus.

What We Offer

Alongside competitive pay, we take care of our people with a well-rounded benefits package — think health and wellness coverage, retirement support, paid time off, and more — because feeling supported matters just as much as doing great work.
