LAYIQ - 2nd Shift Inspector at Marmon

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of manufacturing experience. Experience working around CNC machinery or reading engineering blueprints is highly preferred.
Technical Skillset: Proven ability to read micrometers, gauges, and blueprints.
Core Competencies: Solid basic mathematical capabilities, entry-level computer literacy, and strong mechanical aptitude.
Physical Requirements Mobility: Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout a shift, with occasional sitting, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
Handling: Frequent manual dexterity for managing, fingering, and reaching for parts.
Lifting & Moving: Capability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
Pushing & Pulling: Capability to constantly exert push/pull force on equipment or components across a broad weight range (up to heavy loads).
