The Researcher will work on research projects at the interface between molecular microbiology, host-pathogen interactions. They will do so under the direct supervision of both Dr. Almagro-Moreno and a lab member that will act as their lab mentor. They will execute experiments and interpret results. This is a grant funded position.
The Moreno Lab in the Department of Host-Microbe Interactions is seeking a highly motivated Researcher to join a dynamic and collaborative research team. The Moreno lab investigates the emergence and evolution of bacterial pathogens. Our major research interests include elucidating the molecular strategies that bacterial pathogens develop for host colonization, virulence regulation and dispersal from the host.
