Overview
The Commercial Product and Infrastructure (CPI) Finance org is responsible for driving Microsoft cloud & AI capacity, margin excellence, and resource allocation rigor across Microsoft’s portfolio. Within CPI, the Resource Investment Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K engineering FTEs are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities.
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to work closely with Cloud Operations and Innovcation (CO+I) to support Capacity and Datacenter engineering leaders. This role partners with engineering, global talent acquisition, and finance to plan full time employee (FTE) headcount and vendor resources and implement a strategic workforce talent roadmap to support long-term capacity growth.
