Summary
Under general supervision of the Senior Analytics team members and Analytics leadership team Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for the delivery of analytics solutions to end users that facilitate informed decision making. Promotes data literacy by educating customers to use data as a tool for improving MyMichigan processes, patient outcomes and engagement. Uses development tools to generate reports, dashboards and analytical solutions according to business rules and specifications.
Splits time between projects and support activities while adhering to MyMichigan Health's policies, procedures, and business operations. Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and maintain high quality work. Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or in a team to train, guide, or assist others to perform complex assignments. Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and reviews and tests software.
