The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health, part of Advanced Recovery Systems, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Manager to lead our Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) team and support the delivery of safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Behavioral Health Technicians across all shifts and treatment modalities, ensuring appropriate staffing, effective staff development, accurate documentation, and adherence to facility policies and patient safety standards.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, Behavioral Health Supervisor, nursing staff, clinical leadership, and other members of the facility leadership team, the Behavioral Health Manager helps maintain a structured, supportive treatment environment for adults receiving care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
