SUMMARY
Colliers Debt & Structured Finance is seeking a Tax Analyst within our Commercial Mortgage Servicing team. This professional will be responsible for processing property tax payments, conducting escrow analysis, and mortgage insurance premium payments on a large portfolio. They should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills in addition to the ability to be an effective communicator to a wide range of stakeholders.
